This research aims to assess the workload distribution among employees at PT Sakti Mobile and its resulting impact on their stress levels. By gathering data on employee duration worked, task completion rates, and self-reported anxiety, stress kerja we hope to identify correlations between workload intensity and employee well-being. The findings of
